Soft Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed on Aug. 24, 2008 by Renay
It was not what I was expecting. Could be my own fault, but I have never had a cookie turn out the way that these did. Thanks anyway.

The Meatball that Fell Off the Table

Reviewed on Aug. 3, 2008 by Julcat51
I had 3 pounds of hamburger, so I made it all into meatballs. I made a mess, trying to cook these in a frying pan, so I baked the rest in the oven on a broiler at 350º. I now have enough for 2 more meals in the freezer. These will work with spaghetti, other soups, or in sandwiches. Four hard to please adults said 'yummy'.

Mini Southwestern Corn Pup Muffins with Fiesta Dipping Sauce

Reviewed on Jul. 25, 2008 by Renay
Really good recipe, made a few changes; less sugar, more "spicy" spices, and used the mini muffin pans, 1/8 hot dog ratio like other suggested. All in all a really good change up for hot dogs. Didn't try the sauce because I don't like taco seasoning.
