Chicken Stir-Fry

This is a very good recipe. The chicken was the best part. The vegetable swould have been better if I had used fresh and not frozen ones.

Egg Drop Soup II

A hit with the entire family which includes a three and two year-old. We added some chow mein noodles for a little crunch. Very good and super quick to make!

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed on Jul. 24, 2008 by Britt
I didn't follow the recipe exactly but the chicken turned out to be juicy and have good flavor. I used approx. 1 cup Newman's Lime dressing (not exact name but it's the only lime vinaigrette Newman's Own makes), half a bottle of beer (I don't care for the beer taste to be too strong), and two cloves minced garlic. I just marinated the chicken breasts in this mixture for and hour and then grilled. Quick and pretty good, considering I was improvising.
