About me:
I am a sophomore at Auburn University- War Eagle!!! I am a Dietetics/Nutrition major and I love it!! I cannot live without my 6am workouts with my best friends, Smoothie King, coffee, my scrapbook, cooking (of course), Jeff (the love of my life!), and my wonderful family. I am your typical college student loving these last few years of daddy's money :) When I graduate, I want to write for a health magazine, get my Masters in Nutrition and hopefully a journalism degree and continue with magazine writing as well as a nutrition consultant and maybe some cooking classes, then ultimately a mommy!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed on Aug. 3, 2008 by AuburnUGirl
Wow! Really good! I made this for my family, who were coming to visit on Saturday. The only problem was that I was doing volunteer work at 6 am that day and they were coming for lunch! So I made and assembled it Friday night and just baked it Saturday. I think it helped the flavors mix, because it was great! None left! I also used the no-bake noodles and it turned out fine. This was a little time consuming, but I had so much fun making it! It was worth the effort! I have no desire to buy it frozen again, and I don't think my family does either!

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed on Aug. 2, 2008 by AuburnUGirl
This was my first time every making or tasting bread pudding. It was very yummy, and made my condo smell great! After the 45 minutes, I took it out and sprinkled some extra cinnamon/sugar mixture on top and baked for another 10 minutes or so. I think next time I will use an extra slice or two of bread. Overall, great recipe!

Baby Blue Punch

Reviewed on Aug. 3, 2008 by AuburnUGirl
I gave this to my future mother-in-law to make for my future sister-in-law last weekend for her baby shower. (my wedding is way in the future!) It was a big hit! I think there was only a cup or two left. The mom-to-be really liked it, too, because she loves rubber duckies! Great flavor and very pretty color for presentation!
