Garlic Cheddar Chicken

This was absolutely delicious! I bathed the chicken breasts in butter and 4 cloves of sauteed garlic, then breaded them. I also used Asiago cheese instead of parmesean. YUM! :)

G's Flank Steak Marinade

Reviewed on Mar. 20, 2007 by AbsintheMinded0
This marinade is absolutely delicious! I didn't change it a bit. I marinated 3 flank steaks for 24 hours, and cooked on the grill. The flavor was immense, and my husband flipped over it. Even my 18 month old kept saying "bite! bite!" for more. The next day, we sauteed some of the flank steak w/ onions and melted mozzarella and made our own version of philly cheesesteaks. Great recipe! Def. a keeper!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed on Jan. 8, 2007 by AbsintheMinded0
This was great! I was a little hesitant to put in an extra can of chilies, but I am SO glad that I did. We had bought mild taco sauce and also bought a can of diced tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro and chilies. It added a nice little kick. I think that if I omitted the extra chilies, it would have been a little *too* mild. This recipe was a hit at my house! My husband made it, and it turned out perfect. Thanks!!
