First off, I only used 1/4 of the oil. I also added 2 tablespoons of flax seeds to make it a bit more healthy, and also added about a teaspoon of cinnamon, and some quick oats to top the muffins before baking.
They came out great! Super subtle sweetness. I made the mistake of using milk chocolate chips, which I now understand sink to the bottom of the muffin. But it's like an added surprise.
