About me:
Hi, I've recently begun cooking and since people enjoy what I make I will continue cooking. Sorry about the bad picture quality, I'm using my phone. Alsoooo if you've been noticing how I make everything small or into muffin tins, it's not because I don't have pans and such, it's because I like everything mini. I usually change the recipes so I only bake maybe 3-6 servings.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed on Oct. 6, 2008 by NEWFMOMTIFF
This is quite yummy, but I like the Penne w/ Vodka Sauce recipe from this site a bit better. I added 4oz of pancetta in with sweet turkey sausage. Also, I put the vodka in at the same time I added the garlic and red pepper (upped it to 1/4 cup). Finally I used fat free half and half instead of cream. Made the recipe MUCH healthier and thought the taste was still very good.

We Be Jammin' Jamaican Banana Bread

Reviewed on Sep. 29, 2008 by LovetoCook
I've made this recipe before - it is the same exact "Jamaican Banana Bread" recipe I got from "Cooking Light" magazine years ago. Though it has a lot of ingredients, it is very good and different from the usual banana bread recipes.

Pear Bread I

Reviewed on Sep. 7, 2008 by Jennifer
I used crushed almonds instead of walnuts, half the sugar, and I baked them in muffin tins for 30 minutes till deep golden brown on the tops. They were fantastic.
