Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

I marinated chicken tenders in a balsamic vingerette dressing for a few hours, added garlic, peas and carrots. Made a 1 dish meal out of it and it was good. Kids did not eat it as much as I had hoped. But good.

Swedish Meatballs I

I made this for my family a couple of nights ago and they loved it. I was looking for something to do with the frozen meatballs that I had in my freezer and this was the perfect recipe to accompany them. The only thing that I did different was I added some beef bullion to the soup mixture to make it have more of a "beefy" taste to it. Thanks for sharing.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

This recipe was awesome! however the only problem I had was that I used carob powder( which is cocoa its just natural) it had a bit of a twang. but its really good. I halved it & had more than enough 4 a 2 layer 9 inch cake.

Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

This was outstanding...I ended up frying the pork because it was raining outside and we could not set up the grill but they turned out just as good. I am betting you could probably bake these also to be less fattening.

Mom's Coleslaw

Very tasty and easy! I used Napa cabbage and it turned out well. I do recommend shredding the cabbage as the recipe calls for rather than grating, as I grated and it made it a bit soggy.
