About me:
Since I am divorced and my children have left to make their own families, I have had to make a radical adjustment in how and when I cook. These days I tend to eat very light (fruits, vegetables, cheese, smoked salmon etc). When I have family or guests over, I roll out the big pans and cook to please them (and me).

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins

These are fabulous.... I used half the batter for muffins and the other half for a loaf of bread.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed on Mar. 8, 2008 by Justin
Very good recipe. Simple, no water bath, and it converts to a much larger number of servings (I did 72 in a full sheet cake pan) without missing a beat. I used old hot dog buns and cinnamon raisin bagels instead of bread. Also I didn't have cinnamon handy, so instead substituted half allspice and half ground coriander which gave it a subtle twist. Definately making this again!

Amish White Bread

Reviewed on Feb. 25, 2008 by noahandsarahsmom
I wish I could give it more stars. So easy, especially for some who is yeast challenged. I mixed it in my Kitchen-Aid. Perfect for toast or PB&J. I may stop buying bread at the store. Thanks for a great recipe.
