Chili Mac Casserole

This was very tasty with a few minor adjustments, I ended up using more chili powder, and did not bake in the oven in the end, just put a cover on the cassa role dish and put it in the oven on warm until the cheese melted. That way he noodle are not over cooked. My hubby loved it!

These were really good, little bit of a different texture though, smooth and soft, I guess is a good way to describe them. Will make them again.
