Blueberry Bars

Very good! I increased the amount of blueberries to 2 cups and also increased the cream cheese to 8 oz., using 1/3 less fat version. It turned out tasty without being too sweet; a nice change from cheesecake topped with cherry pie filling. It's a keeper.

Tomato, Basil, and Feta Salad

Savory Shrimp over Wild Rice

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

This is a winner. My husband says this coleslaw is better than at many restaurants he's tried. I pair it with pulled pork sandwiches & corn on the cob. Always a hit at my house.

Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna with Blood Orange Sauce

My boyfriend and I were looking for some good fish recipes and stumbled on to this one. IT WAS FANTASTIC!! The sauce was absalutely delicious! My boyfriend loved the tuna seared for the time called for. I on the other hand did 3 on one side and 2 on the other. Came out great! We definately will make this again!

Chinese Chicken Salad III

OMGosh! This is a family favorite. My mother-in-law always requests this salad when we visit. The only changes I make to the recipe is instead of using wonton skins, I roast some slivered almonds & crushed up ramen noodles on 325 for about 10-25 minutes. Then top the salad with that. It adds a wonderful crunch & a fantastic flavor.

Magnificent recipe!!! :) The blend of onion and garlic with the avacado flavor is so amazing! I made a packet guacamole one time before this... never again! It was a complete waste of an avacado! I'm adding this to my repetoire of recipes... love it! Thanks so much!

Emily's Spinach Salad

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

This is a fantastic recipe! My husband is a huge fan of chicken & dumpling was a bit of a skeptic when he saw the potatoes & peas going into the pot. Boy was he surprised when he tasted this dish; as was I. This is going to be part of my winter recipes for sure!

Easy Mac and Cheese Muffins

These were a little bland, even after I added hot sauce to the macaroni and seasoned salt to the bread crumbs. My kitten, however, seemed to love them. I found him on the counter digging in!
