Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed on Sep. 25, 2008 by txblond
These taste great and even after freezing, they are still excellent. I don't make these nearly as often I should - could eat them just as they are!

Out of this World Turkey Brine

Reviewed on Sep. 25, 2008 by txblond
After 24 hours soaking in this brine, the turkey meat literally was falling off the bone. Our turkey was super moist and so good! We'll definitely be using this recipe again and again.

German Brotchen Rolls

Reviewed on Sep. 1, 2008 by MISS ALIX
I made this recipe twice and the rolls turned out the same..... more like biscuits and nothing like the broetchen that I've grown up with in Germany. They were way too dense inside. Oh well. I'm still searching for that *one* recipe......
