Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This will be the 3rd year i'm making this stuffing. My sister is not a fan of the cranberry but EVERYONE ELSE who's ever tried it claims it's the best stuffing they've ever tried. For my Sister I set some aside with no Cranberries and added a little bit of leftover cooked ground beef and it was a hit with her and even a bigger hit with those who already loved the stuffing...
