needed to bake longer then 10 min as cookies were still really soft. I baked for 12min and then they had to set up on the backing pan for another 10 min or so as they would fall apart if you tried to move them before sitting for a bit. I used the same part qhite and part brown sugar as others suggested. Abit on the sweet side. Maybe use less sugar next time. I also added 1/2 c of flour to make the dough more firm. Good recipe for baking with the little people in the family :-)
